Q. How many bottles does one wine kit make?
A. Each wine kit produces 30 - 750ml bottles of wine. Port or Ice Wine produces 30 - 375ml bottles or 15 - 750ml bottles.
Q. Can I sample the type of wine I want to buy before I make it?
A. No, sorry. It is against the law for us to offer samples of ready made wine. All of our wines are 100% guaranteed so if you don't like it we will give your your money back or start you up a new batch at no extra cost.
Q. What is included in the price of a batch of wine?
A. Everything! Wine, taxes, service fee, corks, shrinks wraps, labels, and if you are making your first batch of wine with us, bottles are included as well. First time customers may choose 30 free wine bottles or $15 off their first batch of wine made on premise.
Q. Can I use screw cap bottles?
A. For sure! Unfortunately we can no longer source new screw cap bottles but you are welcome to reuse your own screw cap bottles. Just remember to save your screw caps.
Q. How long does it take to make a batch of wine?
A. It will take between 4 - 8 weeks depending on the type of wine kit you purchase before your wine is ready to bottle. Once your wine is ready to bottle, we will call you to arrange a bottling time. It takes approximately 20 min to 30 min to bottle a batch of wine.
Q. What does it cost to make a batch of wine?
A. The cost will depend on the type of wine kit you select, but our prices range between $140 and $250.
